Great location and value for money

The staff were very helpful and friendly

The rooms were a little small (manoeuvring around the bed, as it was a narrow space).. and just the very dim lighting in the bathroom (putting my make up on in the dark for 3 days!) Overall, it was good. Staff great and rooms were clean and well appointed.

What was the highlight of Belfort Hotel

Pleasant

Location was not to far from the old town and the bus station is just 1min from the hotel

There was a very bad smell coming from the drainages of the bathroom which made all the room to smell bad, I asked the guy from the front desk to change our room but he said hotel was full, therefore the guy help us cleaning again the bathroom and spraying some air freshener which just helped for like one hour.

Reasonable

Good location, reasonable price, easy to book

Dated, pillows were uncomfortable, it rained one night of our stay and the window leaked. Staff were dismissive stating this was because we had left the ventilation shaft open but the leak persisted even with this closed

You get what you pay for

Really close to a tram to get into town and close to a couple parks. The room was very hot so we had to open the window and as we were on the ground floor we were woken up by people’s conversations and construction work outside. Nevertheless the beds were comfy and being able to buy stuff from the counter at all hours was very convenient.

It was cheap, easy to get to with Uber or tram, and there was a coffee shop around the corner. However, there were ants

Perfect for the price i payed no complaints better than what i expected

Was more then I expected i liked that the people were nice and helpful wen we asked to change they allowed us 24 hour reception and snacks and drinks to buy all hours

We seen a mouse in the hall way and theres not windows in every room can get very stuffy it is far enough and walls are very thin

Great location and value for price for solo travellers.

Very quick connection to city center due to tram line within 5min walk distance. Room and bathroom was cleaned every day

First room I got was not cleaned prior to my arrival but I got a different room instead

The room was too small, no windows, the facilities need upgrades and we felt like we were in the basement.

It was ok..

The room was quite big. The hotel is next to the public transport stop.

We had 2 single beds and when we moved them together, the floor was really dirty and sticky. There is no A/C.

Cheap but very noisy.

The bed was comfy.

Very loud noise from the street, all the windows are facing go a highway from the ground floor, all rooms are on the ground floor and facing to this highway. Cars and trucks are passing by all day and night, feels like you living in a tent, because the windows are not soundproofing at all, just like the room's door, I heard the neighbour's snooring like he was sleeping in my room. Only for one night was fine but I would be happy with these circumstences for a longer stay!

Tram stop literally opposite the road from hotel Close to the airport Close to city centre 20/30mins on tram & can easily walk aswel

The tiniest bathroom, the shower drain / bathroom smelt bad constantly resulting us to leave the window open whilst cold during the day to air out the smell Ridiculously over priced for the size of the facility! Considering we booked months in advance our small room cost us over £500. Cut to a few weeks before when I thought I would check the price for the exact same duration, we were shocked to see that the price are dropped by at least £200! Adjoining room share a balcony which is only divided by a 2 metal poles that someone could easily hop over so we weren’t keen on that.. Staff aren’t the friendliest , very blunt

We had a nice stay.

We had a good time. Comedy Central has English TV. Staff were pleasant. The beds were a bit stiff but I fell asleep pretty quickly in the evenings due to being busy all day. It wasn’t too loud when the trams were finished for the night.

Quite pleasant apart from noise

Room's were clean ,good location for public transport not to gar from city centre

Window's or vents let in lots of noise, road noise ect,other guest's flushing toilets was quite loud buzzing noise kept coming on during the night and woke us up

Love hotel, great value for money and very clean!

Lovely property, very clean and easy check in and out. Great location. Little snack and drinks section which was great after coming home late.

Only downside was we were on the ground floor at the front so when people were having cigarettes the smell of smoke filled our room.
